Entiers are made by careful handwork in small batches. The duck liver pieces are marinated whole, then molded in jars with spices. In addition to Tokaj aszú, the spice is acacia honey, which lies in the cracks of the marble engraving. As a result of the gentle procedure, the liver retains its own flavor and is shown in unique harmony with Tokaji aszú and acacia honey.
We recommend its consumption – similarly to other entiers liver products – nicely sliced, with fresh crispbread or brioche, and if possible, with a glass of Tokaji!
