Truffles in this product are sliced in order to give instant view regarding maturity, and it also helps the user to see that the product is free of worms and other foreign materials. We offer this product in 8 mm thick slices, but other type of cuts (various thickness, cubes, julienne etc.) are also available on request. Frozen truffles are excellent for restaurants and food industry, as they can be used in the same way as fresh truffles.
