  • Morels are about both texture and taste.
    In the Truffle and Morel Velouté we have mostly worked to highlight the excellent texture of this rare mushrooms, by cutting their caps in long and thin slices. Adding the black summer truffles to these slices it makes a new feel for your taste buds, mixing the softness of the morel with the crunchiness of the truffles skin. Certainly you’ll want some more.
    We suggest using it for grilled meat, fine stakes or liver pate, but can be very much enjoyed on a bruschetta or focaccia as well. Just apply it thick and strong.

    Ingredients:
    morel mushroom (Morchella sp.), olive oil, 10% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum), dried parsnips, salt, lemon juice, white pepper, flavouring
